Refund policy for cancellation:
-More than 1 month before start date: 100%
-More than 2 weeks before start date: 50%
-2 weeks or less before start date: 25% if we can replace you/your team with someone from the waitlist; 0% if we cannot replace you/your team.
We can make exceptions for emergencies.
