5 AND UNDER SUPER HERO BONSPIEL

Event Eligibility.

• Competitors cannot have more than a total of five seasons of curling experience. A season of curling is defined from June 1 through May 31 of the following year.
• A season of experience is defined as 15 or more games played in a season.
• Seasons where a player curled fewer than 15 games do not count against the total.
• Conveners at national qualifying bonspiels will ensure that players are acting in good faith when claiming to be a competitor with five or fewer seasons of experience. 
• All players on a team competing in the Five-and-Under National Championship must have five years or less of curling experience.
• U.S. residency is required.
• All team members must be dues-paying members of USA Curling.
• Competitors must be 21 years of age prior to competing in any Five-and-Under Nationals Qualifier.
• Competitors must have a valid USA Curling Basic membership at the time of participation in a Qualifying Bonspiel. Nationals Qualified Competitors must have a Membership Upgrade to be eligible to register for and compete in the National Championship.
• Delivery of the stone with a delivery stick, either by walking or from a wheelchair will be allowed.
• USA Curling is relying on bonspiel organizers to ensure that players meet eligibility requirements with the expectation that the Spirit of Curling will prevail. 
• The event will start Thursday morning. We are unable to accommodate late-start requests. If you’re registering for others, please share this info with them.
• Finals games will start on Sunday at 1PM and end at about 4PM.
